How We Run Your Session
When an agency books a remote directed voiceover session, everything runs through Dallas Audio Post's session engineering pipeline. Your talent connects via Source Connect from wherever they are — a home studio, a facility across the country, or one of our best-in-class booths here in Dallas.
On session day, the agency and often their end client join on Zoom. A DAP engineer runs the session — recording the Source Connect feed in Pro Tools, managing comms between all parties, editing in real time between takes, and doing playback-to-picture over Zoom so everyone hears the spot in context. Video is streamed at high frame rate with low latency; audio comes directly from the Pro Tools session routing — not a degraded screen share.
The critical moment is when the agency's end client joins the call. A brand manager hearing playback. A CMO listening to the final take. At that moment, the agency's reputation is on the line. If audio drops, if routing is wrong, if playback sounds thin — the agency looks unprofessional. DAP's value: the session just works. Every time.

Our engineering team brings over 25 years of ADR experience across film, television, animation, and dubbing projects. After wrap, the session is stripped of routing and delivered back via secure channels — all reference materials are deleted from our system for added security. Signed Exhibit G is delivered separately by our producer.
