Booking Questions
What happens after I reach out?
Our team will respond — typically within a few hours during business days. We'll confirm availability, walk through any logistics (Source Connect setup, talent coordination, file delivery), and get you on the calendar. Most sessions can be scheduled within 24–48 hours of first contact.
Do I need to be in Dallas to work with you?
No. The majority of our sessions are directed remotely. Talent connects via Source Connect from anywhere in the world, and your team joins via Zoom with low-latency, high-frame-rate picture playback. You direct the session as if you were in the room. We serve agencies and production companies nationwide.
How do I send files?
Use our secure file portal to upload scripts, reference audio, QuickTimes, and any other session materials. For AAF files from Premiere, we have a step-by-step preparation guide. All files are handled under TPN Gold Shield security protocols.
What are your rates?
